Over the past two decades, Caroline has delivered projects across the industrial, high-density residential, retirement, education, and commercial sectors.
Known for her practical approach and collaborative style, she has built strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, navigating complex challenges and turning ambitious ideas into successful outcomes.
Her recent completion of an MBA, alongside induction into the international business honour society Beta Gamma Sigma, reflects qualities that have shaped her career from the beginning: curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to keep learning and find better ways forward. These attributes continue to broaden her perspective and strengthen the value she brings to clients, projects, and teams.
As Principal, she will continue to provide leadership across our architecture practice and the wider business, helping clients achieve their design, delivery, and commercial objectives while guiding project teams through increasingly complex environments.
